12 Dec 08 | AMBULANCE officers, doctors and Cootamundra hospital staff have been praised following an horrific accident which has left an 18-year-old man fighting for his life in Canberra Hospital.
Sources have told the Herald that without the expert medical attention the man received, he could have well ‘bled out’ before the SouthCare Helicopter, which eventually evacuated him, arrived from its base some 30 minutes away.
