With John’s affiliation with local cricket, the home of cricket in Cootamundra was a natural choice.
Their four girls Sarah, Madi, Kate and Taylah were all bridesmaids - and didn’t they look stunning!
The ring-bearer was Jess, John’s beloved and faithful dog and the students of Christine Wishart’s Dance Studio were all invited to be part of the ceremony in a special moment for Christine, who as well as now being Mrs Stephens will still be Miss Wishart to her beloved dance students.
Following the ceremony, the happy couple and guests enjoyed a reception in the Stephens’ backyard, which looked amazing thanks to John, Christine and the girls decorating with lots of fairy lights, bunting and candles.
John and Christine enjoyed a beautiful honeymoon at Airlie Beach booked through Helloworld in Cootamundra. The couple stayed at a stunning resort with gorgeous surrounds and clear, blue waters.
They extend their thanks to marriage celebrant Gael Millar, photographer Bec Herring, Rachel Sloan who did Christine’s hair and all of the girls’ hair, Kylie Bowditch who did make-up, CW Jewellers for the couple’s lovely rings, Elizabeth Anne Florist and Gifts for the beautiful bouquet held by Christine, Julisia Cross for their wedding cake which was delicious and Madison Wishart for making the decoration for the top of the cake.
Debbie Rose made alterations to the stunning wedding dress Christine wore as well as Madison’s dress.
Thank you also to Jason Sloan who drove the wedding car at short notice as Dean Bradley had a call out and Dean who lent the couple his amazing car as well Michael Van Baast recorded the ceremony.
Finally, thanks is extended from the couple to their many friends and family who helped transform their home and back garden for the day.
Congratulations Mr and Mrs Stephens - it was a beautiful day and may your life together be filled with many more amazing moments.
