Booth lost his life after suffering a head clash while playing for Quirindi and both teams will wear black bands for the game.
Cootamundra have also organised for the last post to played to commemorate the special weekend.
Waratahs have made one change for the clash, with Matt Shortis replacing Tim Coulter at inside centre.
Coulter injured his shoulder in the ‘Tahs win over Young on Saturday, but is expected to be fit after the general bye.
Waratahs coach Will Mitchell is looking for his team to build on its performance from last week against Young following a horror game against Albury to start the season.
Former Waratahs coach Hugh Palmer is also back for the game, but will start back in second grade.
Lollies sweating
WAGGA City is sweating on the availability of four key players ahead of tonight’s clash with Albury at Conolly Rugby Complex.
Both teams come into the round three clash undefeated, but the Boiled Lollies already have injury concerns.
Halfback Seth Stoltenberg, captain Jock Crockatt and number eight Rambo Lagaali are all under injury cloud while prop Matt Saarenpaa is also in doubt.
Stoltenberg suffered a side strain in Wagga City’s draw with Leeton last Saturday, Lagaali injured his ankle while Crockatt missed last week with a hand injury.
The short turnaround due to the Anzac Day weekend hasn’t helped either and the trio need to pass a fitness test before taking on Albury.
While looking to have his strongest team available, the timing game adds another quirk to Wagga City’s situation for coach Mick Small.
To avoid playing on Anzac Day both clubs agreed to move their games to Friday night with the women kicking off at 6pm with firsts at 7.45pm.
Three other SIRU games will be played with Leeton to take on Griffith at Leeton No.1 Oval which double as the first time Blacks premiership winning coach Seru Rogo will take on his old club.
Tumut hosts Temora while Waratahs travels to Cootamundra.
Young plays host to CSU on Saturday.
