SIXTY YEARS WED
JUST delighted to be CONGRATULATING Cootamundra couple Bill and Joan Hargraves, of Cowcumbla Street, on the occasion of their 60th wedding anniversary which they will celebrate tomorrow.
Bill and Joan were wed in the Christ Church Anglican Church on July 30, 1955, and have been top-notch residents of Cootamundra, Bill having worked on the railway and we all remember when Joan worked alongside the late Mr Alan Mobbs, once our local dentist.
TAKING A GAP YEAR
A NUMBER of Coota students who sat their HSC last year have taken a gap year.
Maggie Ward is doing 12 months apprenticeship with South West Aviation prior to heading off to university.
Mitchell Trinder is in England doing a gap year. At present his mum Nicky Trinder and Mitchell are touring Europe (some of their European vacation on a bike).
Later this year Mitchell’s dad Gerard will join him at the Rugby World Cup in London.
