Performers have the opportunity to win a week’s studio recording time with Sony Music.
The ‘Rock or Bust Music Fest’ gained international attention last year when AC/DC’s launched their vibrant and highly successful ‘Rock or Bust’ album at the event.
Sony Music will again be there for the anniversary of the album’s launch.
Joining them will be former AC/DC bass guitarist Mark Evans.
Mark featured on many of AC/DC’s albums including ‘TNT’, ‘High Voltage’, ‘Dirty Deeds Done Cheap’ and ‘Let There Be Rock’.
The festival will be on Saturday, November 21 2015.
Mark Evans will be part of the judging panel and will be joined by Tim McLean-Smith, Sony Music’s Director of Commercial Music and Dale Allison of Allison Music in Wagga Wagga.
Other prizes on offer include tickets for AC/DC’s Melbourne concert in December.
The event is for unsigned musicians.
Performances by the 10 finalists will be in a concert style setting at The Rock and music from the legendary AC/DC will be played between acts.
Full details on how to audition are on the ROBMF website www.rockorbustmusicfest.com.au.
