In attendance were current members, past members and friends and representatives from Rotary (Alan Moston), Lions (Fred Byrnes) and the Cootamundra Shire Council (Jim Slatery).

The past president of the last four years, Denise Clune, presented our jewel to the newly appointed president Sue Masters.

Judy Braybrooks was presented with her service  badge as an active member of Cootamundra Soroptimists for 30 years.

Paul Braybrooks gave a talk about  the origin of some words in the English language which was most entertaining.
