Past and present St Vincent de Paul volunteers joined officials from the charity organisation for the grand opening of the Parker Street store last Saturday morning, May 29.

The new Vinnies Cootamundra Centre is significantly bigger than the former store, also located in the main street, and is chock-full of high quality donated items including clothing and homewares.
The sale of these items assists in funding the organisation to undertake its charity work.
Parish Priest Fr Joshy Kurien was given the honour of performing the blessing and official opening.
Also in attendance at the opening were store manager Patricia Kelleher, second-in-charge Kath Holder, local St Vincent de Paul president Tony Ward and CEO Paul Trezise.
