August is the traditional month of Wattle Time in Cootamundra and the Cootamundra Development Corporation (CDC) is encouraging all businesses to go yellow for the occasion.

They are particularly calling on Central Business District premises to get in the spirit with yellow streamers and balloons.
The CDC’s Ashleigh Warton said she knows businesses can do it as so many ‘went red’ when the Morcombe Foundation visited Cootamundra last year.
The highlight of Wattle Time this year will be the Street Parade and Fair on Saturday, August 27, hosted the CDC.
