Manildra Director Peter Millard said since the purchase of the Cootamundra multi-species plant in 2014, Manildra Meat Company has and continues to maintain an ongoing investment program in upgrading plant capacities and improving services to maximise efficiency and yield in their beef and lamb products.
“There are various capital expenditure projects that are near completion, and a series of ongoing projects including the upgrade of staff amenities and expansion of our beef slaughterfloor,” Mr Millard said.
“We are dedicated to the community of Cootamundra and long-term future expansion of our plant and production,” he continued.
