Once again the Proprietors of the Popular Café, Long and Carmen Dang, have donated the contents of a moneybox to the Cootamundra branch of Can Assist.

The money, a total of $327.40, comes from small change customers have placed in the money box, which is situated on the café counter.
This is the seventh time the Dang family have so generously donated the contents to what they describe as a “very worthy cause”.
Their first donation of the money box contents was made on February 12, 2012.
Since then a total of $1804.85 has helped swell the Can Assist coffers and the organisation is grateful for the continued support from the Dang family and their customers.
Can Assist provides financial assistance to district residents diagnosed with cancer.
