Trysta not only applies herself in class, she puts her hand up for just about every extracurricular activity on offer at the school. 

She has taken part in the school’s dance troupe, represented at district for athletics and cross country and participated in the Premier’s Spelling Challenge, the Festival of Choral Music at the Opera House and School Spectacular. 

Such is her dedication to her school activities, Trysta was away with the school’s dance troupe during the recent assembly one other 100 achievement award presentation was made to Samuel Jones.

A catch-up presentation was made on Friday, December 9.

In class, Trysta’s favourite subject is maths. 

“I like the challenge,” she said. 

Trysta began at Cootamundra Public School at the start of Year 4 after attending EA Southee Public School prior to that. 

Her achievement awards carried over from one school to the other.

Like most kids, Trysta said her favourite part of school is seeing her friends each day. 

She also enjoys her time in the classroom and has been so inspired by her teachers over the past seven years, she is considering a career in teaching, taking after her aunty, Cootamundra High School teacher Amanda Willoughby. 

Trysta will attend Cootamundra High School next year.

For her efforts accruing 100 acheivment awards, Trysta was presented with a $20 voucher.
