The former Riverina youngster has played 108 games since his debut in 2011 and also represented Country Origin last year.
He told the Dragons website that he’s always been keen to stay in the red and white.
“It's the only club I've ever been at and I love it here. I love the direction we're going in so it was an easy decision for me.
"I feel I have a lot of potential that I haven't tapped into yet."
The Dragons believe de Belin’s better years are ahead of him.
De Belin’s extension comes in the same week Temora youngster Joe Stimson re-signed with the Melbourne Storm. Stimson signed on for two more years just days after making his debut for the club.
