Across Cootamundra, once again, is a plethora of activities over the school holidays to interest kids with a variety of interests.

Wired Lab
Friday, July 7 9:30am-10:30am: Tom Harding from Tom the Pom presents ‘Music for Little Ones’. Hands-on session exploring the skills needed by the musos of tomorrow. Location: Jugiong Hall. Four to eight years kids. Cost: $25 (40 places available).
Friday, July 7 11:30am-1pm: Tom from Tom the Pom presents ‘All Hands on Ukes’. Students will learn rhythm, pitch, harmony, tempo and tone while working towards playing a song as a ukulele ensemble, Location: Jugiong Hall. Eight to 12 years kids. Cost: $25 (60 places available).

Junior soccer
Celtic FC International Academy, with Cootamundra Junior Soccer, will be at O’Connor Park on July 4 and 5.
It is an opportunity to be coached by one of the world’s leading professional clubs.
Ages five to seven from 10am-11am plus small-sided games. $30 per player.
Ages eight to 18 11.30am-3.30pm. $115 per player.

Murmuration in residence at the Arts Centre for the month.
Watch them create their performance Days Like These Wednesday, July 5 from 10am-1pm with an Open Studio. All are welcome. Theatre doors will be open for guests to observe a professional rehearsal with the murmur artists in development. Guests will gain insight into integrated devised-theatre processes and be part of an informal discussion with artists at the end of the rehearsal.
Education and Arts Workshop on Friday, June 30 from 9.30am-2.30pm. A day of enhancing high schools students’ knowledge and understanding of the creative arts by working with professional artists from Murmuration. The day will focus on multiple artform’s exploring ideas form the Days Like These Performance. Cost is $20. Participants are encouraged to view the relaxed performance on Saturday, July 22 at 2pm.

Supervised skate park session
Tuesday, July 4, Thursday, July 6, Monday, July 10 and Tuesday, July 11. 11am-12.30pm. Ages five plus. Drop off anytime with children supervised by recreation staff. Bring your own equipment and safety gear.
Bubble soccer
Tuesday, July 11 at Cootamundra Sports Stadium. Sessions are 15 minutes each running from 1.30pm-3pm. For ages 10 to 14 years. $5 per child per session. Try your foot skills while inside an enormous bubble. Bookings essential on 6940 2210.
Holiday activities
