Mrs Clewer has worked with children in a voluntary capacity since 1986 and previously worked in aged care.
The school’s newest staff member said she was excited and pleased to be taking on this new position within the primary community.
Along with her new role, Mrs Clewer will bring a creative flair to EA Southee.
She has recently published her first children’s novel, Harriet and the Secret Rings, and has delivered excerpts of the time-travel fantasy in the EA Southee Library.
Mrs Clewer has also donated copies to both EA Southee and CPS, with further copies available for purchase at the Cootamundra Public Library and Arts Centre.
