It was an opportunity to celebrate the successes of the town’s prospering league and leaguetag stars.
Bulldogs president Luke Dabin described this season as “a great year”.
He thanked the parents, coaches and managers for their time and effort throughout the season as well as the kids.
“Everyone tried their heart out all year,” Dabin said.
The club involved some 230 juniors this year in age groups from under 6s to under 15s.
It was a standout year for the under 13s leaguetag side, winning the club’s first ever female premiership.
The under 10 boys also made it to grand final day, doing themselves and the club proud with their on and off-field efforts.
A number of school teams from Cootamundra, involving CJRLC players also did well this year further cementing the town’s reputation as league heartland.
