Firstly, the charity Bowls Day organised by the Ex-Services Men’s Bowling Club and sponsored by South West Credit Union, is November 26.
Secondly, the Christmas raffle starts Wednesday, November 8 at IGA. This year there will be two raffles one for adults and one for children, each consisting of 10 very worthy prizes.
Once again it was noted in the treasurer’s report that more generous donations have been received from within our community, for which the auxiliary is extremely grateful .
All money received by the auxiliary is spent on equipment and comfort features in the Cootamundra hospital.
It was also noted that the paediatrics monitor purchased in memory of Jai Godbier has arrived at the hospital with an appropriate plaque.
The Art, Craft and Floral Art Fair for next year was discussed, more will be announced closer to the date.
Christmas luncheon is Wednesday, December 13 at the Country Club.
