10am: Cootamundra Wattle Girl Guides Sunday markets at Fisher Park. Contact  6942 3638 or 0427 423 628. 

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 13

10am: Inklarks 2017 Friendship Group at The Arts Centre until noon.  There is a basic set of inks, papers, plates and tools available for borrowing or purchase so along with the etching press we can get started. There is also a letter press for block printing and several silk screens. $8 fee for studio usage or $5 for evening use. 

TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 14

9.30am: Cootamundra Croquet Club at the Country Club. 

2pm: Wallendbeen CWA meet at Wallendbeen Memorial Hall.

WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 15

6pm: Free author talk at the library. Debra Clewer is the author of a new book for junior readers, Harriet and the Secret Rings. Debra will share her journey toward becoming a published author, with lots of tips and hints along the way for local aspiring writers. Join Debra for supper at the library as she launches Harriet, with copies of the book on sale for $10 each.

Jugiong Biennial Art Exhibition from Friday, November 24 to Sunday, November 26.

  • If you or anyone you know would like to join the happy team at Can Assist, just phone Bev on 0413 937 943.  Our meetings are held on the third Monday night of each month, in the Wattle Room of the Ex Services Club. We are a busy group but new members would help to spread the load a little more as time catches up with some. You would become involved and help out at activities such as these.
