Officers from Cootamundra Local Area Command executed a search warrant at a storage facility next to a home on Gilmore Street, Adelong about 5pm Tuesday.

During the search, police discovered a hydroponic laboratory in the storage facility.

The equipment is valued at about $20,000.

Police also located and seized a kilo of cannabis, and fireworks.

A crime scene was established and examinations are continuing.

The property’s owner, a 36-year-old woman, is currently assisting police with their inquiries.
