This was a recommendation by Cricket NSW with points awarded to all teams as per a washout.
“Cricket NSW does not administer local club cricket so each association should judge the suitability to play depending on local conditions in their region but the welfare of players and umpires must be the central consideration,” Cricket NSW CEO Andrew Jones said.
The abandonment means the two Cootamundra teams, Family Hotel Crusaders and Central Hotel Cavaliers, will finish the season in either first or second spot.
They will play off in the final competition round on February 25 with the winner to host Mimosa in the semi final at Albert Park on March 4, while the loser will host the Coyotes at Fisher Park.
The final will be played at Cranfield Oval in Young on March 11.
This weekend teams have a general bye for the Coota Beach Carnival.
