It comes after the release of details about the landmark Stronger Country Communities Fund, which will support council, business or community group projects valued between $100,000 and $1 million, or even higher with financial co-contribution.
Member for Cootamundra Katrina Hodgkinson will also be at the meeting.
The first of three stages of the fund opened recently and welcomes applications from Hilltops, Bland, Cootamundra-Gundagai, Temora and Weddin local government areas.
Two more stages will follow in the coming months, with stage three open to applications from the Cowra, Junee, Narrandera and Coolamon local government areas.
Mr Barilaro, who is also leader of the NSW Nationals and Minister for Regional NSW, will join Ms Hodgkinson at the public information session, which will be held at the Stephen Ward Rooms at Cootamundra Library from 5.30pm.
