Ms Holder appeared in Cootamundra Local Court yet again on Monday, now facing 39 charges of ‘Dishonestly obtain financial advantage by deception’ and one count of ‘Destroy/conceal accounting record to obtain advantage’.
With fresh charges brought against her during her most recent court appearances, Ms Holder’s legal representative argued more time is needed before she enters a plea.
The case was adjourned until Friday, October 6, with Mrs Holder to enter a plea on this date.
The offences are alleged to have occurred while Ms Holder was working at Agland Industries, which includes Cootamundra Toyota, Cootamundra Holden and Temora Holden.
Ms Holder remains free on bail.
