The organisation, located in the same complex as the Cootamundra Medical Centre, recently underwent a name change from Pathology West to NSW Health Pathology.
They service the Cootamundra Hospital as well as the local community.
Marking three decades with the organisation were Don Hearne and Mary Paton while Rebecca Perry was recognised for 20 years of dedicated service.
Honoured for 10 years each were Tina Dumpleton and Di Monkerud.
Pathology is an important arm of medicine with government figures showing 70 per cent of medical decisions rely on pathology and half of all Australians had a pathology test last year.
