"I don't think I could do it again. I'd rather not spend on things like a wedding, we've been there, done that and it was a beautiful day. All of that attention of weddings and the politics involved in weddings, heck, I don't know if I could deal with it again," Jacenko, Chargrill Charlie's new ambassador, told The Sun-Herald this week.

"I'd rather save every cent that I've got and buy another property. Property is king and the more you buy of it the better ??? A house, maybe in Bellevue Hill or Vaucluse. The children love swimming and I want to have a pool for them.

"But Oli wants to get married again. Maybe when we go to Italy during the [northern summer]. The way he does things, I could be walking down the aisle and I wouldn't even know it," she laughed.

The pair split while Curtis spent 12 months in Cooma Correctional Centre on an insider trading conviction, but Jacenko said life "is completely different" now.

"I went from having a husband for six years who was never really there because he had the case hanging over his head. He was uncertain. He was was worried for the children. But he is a completely different person now. He wants to go out and do stuff, before he was a recluse. He is amazing. I am very, very lucky. He is a wonderful father," she said.

"He is a person who is so easy to fall in love with again because he is so different."

Jacenko said she has no doubt that "all of the commotion" of the prison sentence, which left her running her businesses and being the sole carer of their children Pixie, 6, and Hunter, 3, contributed to her breast cancer diagnosis. She discovered the lump eight days after Curtis went to prison.

But she continued: "The chapter is closed now. It is a different family and different environment."

Things are going so well that she wanted Curtis to come work for her on her new business, Social Union, that creates content for companies.

"He was like, 'thanks, but no thanks'," she laughed, explaining that he is happy focusing on building an app, called E-nome, that will store medical files in one place.

Social Union, incorporated this week, is the fourth business in Jacenko's empire that also includes Sweaty Betty, Ministry of Talent and Pixie's Bows - "Probably the highest earner of them all," she said.

In the past 12 months, Jacenko has turned from "Sydney PR Queen" to lifestyle influencer, face of hair care, shopping centres and has developed a range of tan with Skinny Tan that will launch next month.

Not a day going by when she isn't featured on the Daily Mail going about her day, but she said "it's an important part of the business".

She added: "I have never had the desire for fame but this new profile has brought me so much in the way of clients. I wouldn't have had those opportunities if it were not for that."

Her latest ambassador role is for Chargrill Charlie's, where she will launch three new "clean and lean" salads from Thursday, inspired by her new healthier lifestyle following her cancer diagnosis in 2016.

"After my diagnosis, I was advised by my doctor to start leading a healthier lifestyle. I exercise and I eat super healthily now," she said.

"Everyone knows I can't cook. I don't cook. I don't have time, so I pop in and pick up dinner there all of the time. The kids love it. Now Oli is back he loves it too. That's how I started working with them, I was there so often," she said.

"Everyone knows about their chicken and chips, but no one knows about their salads. They have a lot of healthy options too."

Last November, Jacenko found another lump, but it turned out to be a false alarm.

"It's something that will haunt me for the rest of my life. Whenever you find a lump you think the worst, that's why it's even more important for me to be healthy and eat right. My job is to be around for the kids."???
