Organiser Julianne Collingridge has lined up an impressive list of female performers including singers, dancers, comics, poetry readers and musicians.
"Steph Cooke MP, Member for Cootamundra, will open the event, and performers are coming from Cootamundra, Young, Junee and surrounding villages." Ms Collingridge said.
Supper will be available as well as lucky door prizes and merchandise representing International Women's Day. Funds raised will be donated to the Domestic Violence Fund.
The event starts at 6pm at Dickson Hall in Cooper Street, Cootamundra. Doors open from 5.30pm and don't forget to wear something purple, the colour of International Women's Day.
"We have an exciting event to announce for next year's celebrations. It's a great opportunity to meet and have fun with a great bunch of local women and girls," Ms Collingridge said.

LADIES PROBUS
The first 2018 meeting of Cootamundra Ladies Probus was well attended. President Helen welcomed everyone and inducted Ruth O'Dwyer as a new member.
One of the issues discussed was the upcoming AGM next month with application forms for all positions made available to those interested in joining the committee. Present position holders then gave a short description of each job.
A reminder was also issued about International Women's Day, March 10 in Dickson Hall, and after the usual enjoyable morning tea, Roma Owen introduced guest speaker Ross Ray.
Ross described his life growing up on a farm, with all the ups and downs of farm life in the 1940s, ‘50s and ‘60s.
All present in that age group could well relate to all he said. Ross also played the guitar and sang ‘Old People’, ‘Mother Nature’ and ‘I am Australian’.
Since retiring Ross and his wife travel a lot around our wonderful country and often entertain at nursing homes and retirement villages.
Janett Elliott thanked Ross for his great contribution. Next meeting will be 10am, March 12 followed by AGM.
