Mr Barnes said he appreciated the continuing support of the community.
“Thanks to all who bought a ticket and donated the prizes,” he said.
With Sandy Worboys winning the major prize, the focus now switches to the next raffle.
“There’s a big thank you from the committee to the ladies who helped make the first first place prize and donated others,” committee member Wendy Slater said.
An original Alan McClure painting will be raffled and the prize will be drawn in June.
Mrs Slater said this weekend the Future Hope MS committee would be outside Repco from 10am on Saturday to sell raffle tickets and run a sausage sizzle.
