EA Southee Public School’s 2018 school captains, Lilliana Chick and Kerstyn Taylor were special guests of Member for Cootamundra Steph Cooke on Wednesday, September 26, on a visit to Parliament House in Sydney.
The girls even had an invitation to sit in on Question Time as Ms Cooke's guests.
Lillian and Kerstyn were given access to areas that are usually off limits to the public and Ms Cooke taught them a little bit about what happens in Parliament House.
The girls said it was a wonderful opportunity and they enjoyed the antics of Question Time.
While in Sydney, the two students also had the chance to see some of the city’s famous landmarks.
