The Dunk Insurance Cup match saw just over 400 runs scored on the smallish ground in Young.
Caldwell finished with 120 not out as his side amassed a competitive score of 8/197 from 40 overs.
The Gunners scored the winning runs in the 32nd over to finish with 6/202. Craig Wills who opened the innings finished with 91 not out.
Caldwell, who is 18 and is about to start his HSC, was associated in a number of partnerships. The best being for the fourth wicket with Shayne Fisher. The pair added 65 runs with Fisher making 18.
Caldwell is yet to be dismissed in the competition. In the opening match against the Magpies he made 40 not out.
On Saturday, Stockinbingal host the Temora Bowling Tigers.
