Simon Dodwell and his stallion Wallabah Excel made the journey of more than 1000 kilometres to compete in Australia’s most coveted campdraft.
During the first round they scored 89 points and are now set to try and equal the performance this weekend.
The success at Warwick follows after a run of wins and places at campdrafting events throughout NSW. Recently the combination had success at the open campdraft which was held in conjunction with the Battle on the Bidgee event at Gundagai.
