All have now left town but for two who now live in the community, as the Sisters of Mercy Convent in Temora Street closed down in May.
Locals and many district residents will be present at the 11am Mass, with a barbecue lunch to follow in the Presbytery grounds.
This will be followed by the drawing of the annual 200 Club.
The Sisters arrived in Cootamundra in September 1882, and by October opened a school with 75 pupils.
It is expected to be a happy time with many memories shared, all are most welcome to join in the celebration.
