The Rock 4 Relief event will be held at the Bribbaree showground on New Year’s Eve.
Organiser Bianca Campbell said the entertainment line-up would include Dan Cartwright, John Campbell, Luke Harveyson and the Bogans Heroes band.
The day is going to be family friendly, so there will be plenty of other activities to keep the crowds happy.
There will be a barbecue, jumping castles, a photo booth, face painting, a raffle, an auction and yabby races.
One of the more unusual events is likely to be the cow drop bingo competition, which will have a $500 cash prize.
Gates will open at noon and the first live performances will begin at 2pm.
Ms Campbell said tickets would be available at the gate and there were options for people wanting to camp overnight. She can be contacted on 0400 611 511.
All money raised from the event will go the Burrumbuttock Hay Runners, a group which has been providing donations of hay to drought-affected growers since 2014, after being started by fourth-generation Stanbridge farmer Brendan Farrell.
