MEN’S SOCIAL: Wednesday was two triples and a pairs game. O Lopez, M Newham and The Duck just got home with a 17-16 win against G Bushell, P O’Brien and J White. P Cockram, D Cockram and G Dennis got the sausages against Jonsey, G Hillier and Pickles 19-14, while in the pair’s game T Smith and K Fisher were too strong for R Hillier and P Hoang.

WOMEN’S: Bowls are played every Wednesday and Saturday at 9am. Names to be in by 8.30am, either by ringing match committee or placing name on sheet in the dungeon. Both club major and minor singles close today with the first round to be played on or before March 30.
SOCIAL: Wednesday saw one game of triples and a pairs game. The triples game was a very close encounter with C Buchanan, S Lopez and W Deacon with their opposition L Evelyn, M Allan and J Cummins recording an 11-all draw, while the pairs game was not as close with L Clarke and L Fisher coasting to a 14-5 win against B Black and R Snape.
Saturday morning saw one game of triples with J Cummins, C Buchanan and B Black recorded a good 14-8 win against L Fisher, M Cosgrove and S Lopez.
