There was some concern when three teams withdrew their entries, but after a few phone calls and quite a lot of effort from our match committee, three teams were found.
Saturday all teams played for grading into four divisions A, B, C, and D for the main event on Sunday.
Division A had first and second prize money and the winners were Paul Cockram, Rocky Ford and Rod Pickles Bradley - three wins +13, with Matt, Greg Gibbson and Bill Robertson from Temora claiming second place.
Division B Terry Smith, Geoff Bloopy Manwaring and Pat O'Brien collected the prize money with three wins +29. Winners of division C were Kye Fisher, Don Duck O'Neill and Terry McDonald with two wins +9, while Jason Jones, Charlie Willis and Jim White claimed division D with three wins +21.

ARTHUR Ryan Mixed Pairs were again strongly supported with 20 teams entered. Thanks to Cootamundra CC for opening early and supplying five rinks to accommodate the extra entries.
Fantastic weather greeted the players with some very close games. Winners of the day were Bill and Stella Robertson from Temora with two wins +22 with Rob Hillier and Carolyn Buchanan finishing in second place on two wins +17 on a count back.
The best second game card went to Roger and Colleen Goode, +17

SOCIAL bowls Wednesday four games of triples was the format with three close games commencing with Roger Goode, Alan Small and Graeme Dennis defeating Bob New, Nigel Buttriss and Ron Johnson 19-18.
Oscar Lopez, Fred Young and Jeff Cook defeated Jason Jones, Rocky Ford and Frog Roberts 18-17.
Keith Hampton, Tony Curtis and Geoff Hillier combined to record a 23-21 win against John Huntington, Pickles Bradley and Duck O'Neil, while J Withers, Terry Smith and Pat O'Brien defeated Charlie Willis, Craig Jordan and Ron Johnson 25-17.
