Taking out first place was Ruth McCarthy and Joyce Cavanagh on a score of 58 per cent, with Barb Beveridge and Joan Adams in second place with 56.00 per cent.
In third position was Joyce Meale and Jenny McAinsh with 53.00 per cent. Fourth went to Judith Harris and Julie Jenkins, followed by Heather Last and Loo Manning.

On Tuesday, members played an eight and a half table Mitchell movement.
The N/S winners were Caroline Hermes and Heather Last on 63.76, with Mary Norton-Knight and Loo Manning in second on 58.73 just nudging out Frank Davidson and Jenny McAinsh (58.47).
In fourth was the pairing of Lyn Ramsay and Sally Lawler on 52.65.
In the East/West field, the winners were Joan Adams and Kate Graham on 61.90.
The very excited pair of Jane Sheridan and Julie Jenkins achieved second place with 55.06.
A very well done to these two ladies.
In third position was Kerry Byrne and Jennifer Kozman on 54.17.
Finishing fourth was Robbie Bassingthwaighte and Barb Beveridge with 51.49.
