"We wanted to share our combined 30-plus years experience in the coffee industry with our retail and wholesale customers alike," managing director Ossie Campbell said.
"It is a pleasure for us to showcase the wonderful flavours that can be found in high quality coffee, made from coffee beans sourced from all over the world."
Today there are a close-knit team of three to four Dusty Road folk who can work behind the scene roasting their top blends, or as front of house staff serving you your daily brew.
"The community's palate for coffee is evolving and their quest for quality is increasing, so of course we're excited to be part of that.
"At Dusty Road HQ in Cootamundra, we offer our patrons an unrivalled espresso coffee experience.
"We also serve food. We have a full menu of 'lite bite' items, which are small, reasonably priced and exceptionally tasty morsels, which are on the menu throughout our hours of service.
"Our focus is coffee so our food is designed to complement that as well as the cool, craft drinks that are also on offer. But really we're about coffee: you can take home the brew and the freshly roasted beans, as well as equipment to prepare your coffee at home.
"We are now proud to offer Dusty Road specialty coffee to customers in a wholesale capacity, and hope to extend the love of our coffee far and wide," Ossie adds.
Dusty Road Coffee Roasters aim is to support their local community and always provide a quality product and service.
"We also know most of our patrons and how they like their coffee. Part of our service ethic is to make time for a chat, as well as to provide the best coffee available, friendly service and quality products."
When asked what they enjoy about working in the community and why they are proud to be a part of it, the answer was clear.
"We have been involved in a number of local events in the community, both as a business entity and as individuals of Dusty Road. We have provided support for a number charities and clubs, a few community competitions and lucky door prizes.
"We also offer our batch-filter brewing system and coffee to local organisations, free of charge, for their not-for-profit functions and engagements."
