Registrations are being taken for this year's Twomey's Cootamundra Summer Twilight golf competition which will be run over 15 weeks with a break for Christmas.

Golfers have less than two weeks to nominate for the competition which begins on Sunday, October 27 and runs through until the week ending February 21.
Play will take a break for two weeks over Christmas with no play from Sunday, December 2 to Friday, January 3 recommencing on January 5.
The competition wraps up with a presentation barbecue on Sunday, February 23.
Nominations are $15 per player with a maximum of 10 players per team.
Green fees are $14 for golfing members and $16 for social members, $2 for season ticket holders and $7 for juniors.
There is a maintenance levy of $2 paid only once per week.
Your team can be made up of golfers as well as non golfers.
The four best scores of each player will count each week.
If some team members can only be available for part of the competition provision will be given for teams to include casual players, taking the stress of players having to take part each week over such a long period.
The competition takes the format of a nine hole stableford with tee off from the yellow tees.
Ladies can tee off from the red markers when they are advantageous.
Preferred lies will be played through the green for all competitors.
The handicap limit for the competition is 27, or a maximum of three shots per hole.
Handicapping is:
14 and under, two shots back;
15-16 points - one shot back;
17 or 18 points - handicap remains the same;
19, 20 or 21 points - 1 shot back;
22 or 23 points - 2 shots lost;
24 or 25 points - 3 shots back;
26 or more - 4 shots losts.
Scoring will see the winning team each week receive 10 points. The second placed team will receive 8 points, third 7 points, fourth 5 points, fifth 3 points, sixth 2 points.
All other teams that play that week will receive one point.
Teams are asked to have a marker to mark their card (at least one golfer and one adult with each group).
The competition will be played Sunday to Friday outside of normal competition rounds.
You can register at the golf shop, or the bar if the golf shop is closed, prior to hitting off.
Your cards should be returned to the golf shop or bar after each round with handicaps on the cards and the cards signed.
