The event will be held at the Cootamundra Turf Club starting at 12 noon providing eight hours of food, glorious food.
One of the organisers Anna Demasi said the day is a great opportunity to try international foods, relax and listen to music.
"It's a fun day out for everyone and a chance for the younger generation to try some different foods as well," Anna said.
Ms Demasi said organisers were hoping to attract more than 2000 people to the event with local retailers invited to take part.
"We'll have food trucks, retail stores, live music, a bar on site and jumping castle for the kids," she said.
