The Come Alive Fitness Crusaders will play the Central Hotel Rams for premiership points in the Delta Agribusiness competition.
While the Rams will not play finals this season, the Crusaders still have a chance of finishing as minor premiers should they win their last two matches and the Young Services Blues drop their match to the Coyotes on Saturday.
The long-awaited lights were completed before Christmas.
They replace the old ones which were part of the Fisher Park infrastructure since the mid-1970s.

The 40 overs a side match is due to start at 5.30pm, with the lights scheduled to be turned on at 7pm.
The lights should have take full effect by 8pm.
Should the match go the full distance, the game should conclude at about 10pm.
This game will also double as the Legacy match.
A raffle will be drawn at the innings break.
Tickets will be available on the day, while a bucket will be going around for donations to Legacy.
The other match, at Cranfield Oval on Saturday, is of vital to both sides.
A win by the Blues could wrap up the minor premiership, while a win by the Coyotes would keep their finals chances alive.

The match of the day in the BFB/Blooms Chemist competition will be at the Stockinbingal Recreation Ground, as the village side takes on Shamrock Hotel Leprechauns.
Stockinbingal are currently in second position, while the Leprechauns are the new competition leaders.
Cootamundra Ex-Services Magpies are looking forward to their first match at Fisher Park as they take on the Criterion Hotel Gunners.
