Cootamundra-Gundagai Regional Council (CGRC) is asking residents in the Cootamundra area to conserve water whilst Golden Fields Water is undertaking essential maintenance work on the water pipeline from the Jugiong Water Treatment Plant.

The work will be carried out on Tuesday 18 May 2021 and on Tuesday 25 May 2021.
Water services will be available, and residents can use water as usual. Golden Fields Water will ensure all reservoirs are full before the work commences to ensure plenty of storage is available.
However, residents are asked to use water sparingly on those days to avoid any potential interruption, since it would be difficult to supply water and replenish the water supply reservoirs at Cootamundra whilst the maintenance works are being carried out.
