Impressively, he finished in third place overall.
Louttit has been showing good form and committment to training with Cootamundra Cycle Club president Mark Loiterton commenting his placing was a well-deserved reward for his effort.
The Stock Fair Cycle Race has been an institution since 1991 with 55 starters this yer.
Conditions were tough for cyclists with strong winds buffeting them and finishing times reflecting the fact they were often travelling into a headwind.
Tolland rider Richard Moffat finished first, followed by Cobram’s Heath White.
Another Cootamundra Cycle Club rider, Darren Wilder from Young, finished eighth.
Fastest time went to Peter Treloar, riding out of the Tolland Cycle Club, who finished the 47km course in a time of 1:27.37.
It was another Tolland Rider, Alice Debney, who was the fastest female, finishing fifth overall.
Battling the conditions, the scratch bunch were down to four riders after the first four kilometres.
It took them 42 kilometres to catch block.
Loiterton was happy with the running of the race, which saw no accidents.
A presentation was held at the finish line with many cyclists then making their way to the rec ground for the fair.
