This year, the honour belonged to Palmer Ford’s James Dallas.
James began working in the automotive industry in 2008, completing his TAFE studies with many distinctions along the way.
In 2015, he achieved his Ford Senior Technician qualification and this year has become a valuable Master Technician.
These days, the automotive industry challenges its workforce with rapid changes and developments.
His employer Palmer Ford said through regular training and natural ability, James is able to comprehend these developments, allowing him to successfully diagnose and repair complicated systems.
“James is often the ‘go-to’ man with his expertise regularly called upon and requested by customers,” Palmer Ford said.
