COME Alive Fitness Crusaders have taken bragging rights from the weekend’s Cootamundra derby after dusting arch rivals, Central Hotel, by 50 runs.

The Delta Agribusiness round six match at Albert Park saw Mark Elia’s side win the toss and, after some hesitation, open their account with the bat.
Come Alive Fitness Crusaders scored 8/149 from their 40 overs and proceeded to bowl out Central Hotel for 119.
Central Hotel got away to an ordinary start with the bat.
The Crusaders innings was highlighted by a fourth wicket stand of 53 between Darren Connell and Tom Grace.
Connell (47) was in great touch with the willow while Grace (18) played a supporting role.
Bowling honours were evenly shared by Central Hotel with Joel Pearson (3/35) and Aaron Kemp (3/32) chief destroyers for the Cavaliers.
Central Hotel got away to an ordinary start with the bat and at 4/21, the match was looking to an early finish.
However, useful knocks by Joel Pearson (29), Luke Dickinson (27), and Adam Twyford (32) saw the Central boys recover to make a respectable score.
Props must go to the Crusaders opening bowling duo of Dean Bradley (4/25) and David Garness (3/18) who sent down the maximum 10 overs each with devastating results.
The win by the Crusaders sees maintain top position on the ladder and they will enjoy the bye next Saturday, while Central Hotel return to Albert Park and take on Mimosa.

IN THE Dunk Insurance Division two match, Stockinbingal have been well beaten by the Criterion Gunners at the Stockinbingal Recreation Ground.
The Gunners batted first compiled a competitive 8/198, Craig Willis top scoring with 97 from 108 balls.
Stockinbingal reply was well short finishing with 110.
Allister Sides top scored for the village side making 41.
