Sip Australian-inspired cocktails high above the sky and dine on dishes based on lush flora of the Botanic gardens at these new Sydney venues.

Two new venues open this month at the InterContinental in Sydney.
Visitors to the Aster Bar on level 32 can take in 270-degree panoramic views of the Emerald City. Here, mixologists have designed cocktails using Australian flavours and local produce.
Meanwhile, the chefs at The Treasury have created dishes taking inspiration from the lush plant life inspired by the adjoining Sydney Royal Botanic Garden.
The menu features lots of botanical flavours paired with old classics and a unique mix of local wines and spirits.
