Jansen, who produced a wonder strike in last week's 3-2 win over Melbourne Victory, was at it again on Friday evening at HBF Park in Perth.
With scores locked at 1-1, Jansen fired the Roar ahead in the 52nd minute when she headed home an inch-perfect cross from Sharn Freier.
And in was 3-1 in the 55th minute when Jansen completed her double, with Matildas midfielder Freier again providing the assist.
Perth pulled a goal back in the 92nd minute via Ella Lincoln to set up a thrilling finish, and the Roar breathed a sigh of relief when Glory defender Onyinyechi Zogg couldn't make clean contact with a close-range header in the dying moments.
Jansen arrived at the Roar from Dutch top-tier Eredivisie side AFC Ajax, and her return of three goals from two games bodes well for Brisbane.
"In the second half, I got a little bit more space. I'm just happy to help the team," Jansen told Paramount.
"This time it's me who scores the goals, but next time it's someone else, and I'm just as happy to see someone else score."

Roar striker Grace Kuilamu opened the scoring in the 21st minute when her powerful shot deflected off a Glory defender and went in for a goal.
Glory were back on even terms in the 25th minute thanks to a special individual effort from Rola Badawiya.
The American forward used her back heel to get the ball rolling into the box before unleashing a wicked shot that slammed into the top corner.
It was the Jansen show in the second half as she tore Glory's defence to shreds in a three-minute goal splurge.
Jansen's first came from excellent lead-up work from Freier, who managed to fire off the cross just before it rolled over the line.
Her second goal was also about a matter of centimetres after Glory goalkeeper Alyssa Dall'Oste got a glove to the shot.
The ball deflected off the post and just trickled over the goal line before a scrambling Dall'Oste was able to stop it.
