Just splendid to have former Cootamundra residents John and Robyn Miller back in town over the weekend.
They now live in that lovely spot Milton, on the South Coast, and had Robyn’s brother Billy Rose, from Scone, to drive them back here.
John caught up with a number of friends over lunch on Friday, they stayed at the Heritage Motor Inn and were full of praise for the hospitality of John and Christine Edwards.
EXCITED GIRLS!
So looking forward to the weekend and the Annual Picnic Races. Coming back to town are the Ekin girls, the daughters of Helen and the late Hugh Ekin, and rumour has it they are very excited girls, always enjoying a return to Coota and catching up with family and friends.
TOMORROW’S BARBECUE
To support men’s cancer awareness a barbecue will be taking place tomorrow evening at 6pm in the Pickled Pantry car park.
So no need to cook dinner just lob up there for a delicious ‘meal on a plate’.
TOP PERFORMERS
Cootamundra Can Assist presents “A Night of Stars” taking place at the Ex-Services Club auditorium this Friday night commencing at 7.30pm.
