Members have again been enjoying outings viewing glass blowing and coffee near Bowning, continuing to Binalong to check out the car museum with lunch at the local hotel to finish off a great day.
Recently members spent a day in Temora looking at historical machinery and artefacts at the local museum which is well worth the visit. While at the museum coffee and slices were enjoyed by all. Members then moved onto the amazing display of various Army Vehicles and equipment which has been restored by Ian Styles. Ian is restoring a very large diesel engine in which the crankshaft takes at least two strong men to lift. Ian does all his own mechanical work by himself with equipment to assist lifting and moving. This incredible display is housed in a huge new shed.
