YEAR Five and Six students from Cootamundra Public School took part in round three and four of the NSW Primary Schools Sports Associations (PSSA) touch football competition on Monday September 8.

The teams qualified after winning the local round earlier this term and competed against Wagga, Griffith, Leeton and Harden Murrumburrah.
Teachers Natasha Reynolds and Jarrod Loiterton coached the students on the day and said it was a great day of football with a very high level of competition producing entertaining matches.
“All the students did really well and displayed great sportsmanship,” Natasha said.
The school thanked parents for providing transport on the day.
