At Albert Park, Central Hotel’s poor score of 9/92 was enough to defeat the Family Hotel Blues by 16 runs.
Best for the Central was Jason Cronin who top scored with 27.
Bowling for Family Hotel, Mick Knagge captured 3/28 and Ryan Miller snared 2/25.
Family Hotel Blues replied with just 76 runs, Ryan Miller top scoring with 22.
Jarrod Keelan captured 4/29 from 10 overs bowling for the Central Hotel.
Central can now focus on the best-of-three finals against the Crusaders, while the Family Hotel Blues can look forward to playing finals in their first season as they take on the Country Club in Stockinbingal this Saturday.
At Stockinbingal last Saturday, Country Club returned to the winners circle by defeating the village side.
The hosts were boosted by the arrival of their former batsman James Balwin.
The talented right hander scored 62 and was the sixth batsman dismissed with the score at 126.
Stockinbingal captain Matt Holt chimed in with his best knock of the season scoring 23, and in the end the hosts compiled a competitive total of 9/136.
Set 137 runs for victory, Country Club’s innings was highlighted by a great knock from Mick Butler.
Butler scored 76, easily his best score of the season, as the Country Club reached their target in six wickets.
Country Club can now concentrate on the Sparre Cup final as they take on the Family Hotel Blues.
Stockinbingal recorded just one win for the season, compiling 9/160 for a thrilling win over Central Hotel in round two.
They now look forward to next season with renewed enthusiasm and are already looking out for new players.

The Merrin Cup best-of-three finals will commence this Saturday and Sunday at Albert Park.
The Crusaders claimed the top spot on the ladder courtesy of a superior run rate, but Central Hotel has emerged victorious in the last three meetings between the quality sides, so it promises to be an exciting finals series.
Country Club will take on the Family Hotel Blues in Stockinbingal this Saturday for the Sparre Cup final.
