It was just over a month ago when the Dogs escaped with a lucky four-point round one win at Wagga, however Saturday’s 60-point margin reflects just how far the team has progressed.
Centre James Collingridge was the star of the show, crossing for six tries, while captain and five-eighth Sam Sheahan was back to his best with a hat-trick.
It was the Bulldogs willingness to throw the ball around and support the player in possession that was the catalyst to most of their points, with several tries having their origin deep inside the Bulldogs own half.
Dylan Stuart continued his excellent mid-season form with another barnstorming effort and his contribution in the lead in to the semi finals will be vital.
Stuart had good support from Tristan Clarke, Ben Good, Dylan Woodhead and Tom Miller, all of who enjoyed the opportunity to offload in the tackle.
Fullback Zac Rumble increased his season try tally by two, while centre Alex Wiggins and Woodhead also cashed in on the scoreboard.
With only three games before the semi finals, the Bulldogs need to keep the momentum of the past few weeks going for the big end of the season.
After a round off this weekend, the Bulldogs travel to Tumut the following week.
