Former Cootamundra Westpac manager Joseph Ciccia fronted Cootamundra Local Court on Monday, December 5, charged with three counts of dishonestly obtaining financial advantage by deception and attempting to dishonestly obtain financial advantage by deception.

Mr Ciccia entered a guilty plea to all charges with the matter adjourned to February 6 for sentence.
A community corrections report has been ordered.
There is no bail requirement.
Mr Ciccia was charged in September this year following an investigation by the NSW Police Fraud and Cybercrime Squad’s Corporate Corruption Team, who were contacted by the bank in June.
It was reported Mr Ciccia gained access to customer accounts using bank log-ins and then made more than $90,000 in unauthorised transactions.
