Although not reaching the finals, Ellenor Armstrong, Jan Slavin, Neta Manwaring, Betty Cleveland, Pat Francis and Jan Roberts enjoyed some good bowling.
Those not exhausted from all their matches at Young, and some who were, turned up for social play last Thursday.
Ellenor Armstrong played swinging lead in a triples match with Viv Christie and Neta Manwaring against Mona Perry and Betty Cleveland.
Mona’s team had a good win.
